IP recently refurbished some offices within the Worcestershire Police Headquarters at Hinley Hall, near Worcester. This grade 2 listed building required sympathetic conversion into offices for a previous underused area of the hall. The roof also had various repairs and replacement of a large part of it.
This contract required the experience and skills of IP Developments to work within secure areas within the police headquarters, a 200 year old listed building.
